Welcome to Nōvuu Medspa (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking appointments, or receiving services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using our website or services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available exclusively to individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not provide treatment to minors, even with parental or guardian consent.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
● Scheduling: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.
● Arrival: Please arrive on time. If you are late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. Excessive tardiness may be treated as a cancellation.
● Cancellation Policy: A $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show up for your appointment.

● Payment Terms: Full payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
● Refund Policy:
○ Services: All sales of services are final. Results may vary by individual. Refunds are not provided due to dissatisfaction with treatment results.
○ Products: Unopened retail products may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Opened or used products are not returnable unless defective.
○ Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
5. Medical Disclosure & Consent
Before treatment, you must disclose accurate and complete medical history, including allergies, medications, pregnancy, and any relevant conditions. Failure to do so may increase the risk of complications. You will be required to sign an informed consent form prior to receiving treatment.
6. Treatment Results & Compliance
You agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by your provider. Individual results vary and may be impacted by factors including skin type, medical history, and lifestyle.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and handle your personal and medical information in compliance with applicable laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
8. Website & Intellectual Property
All content on our website including logos, images, text, and layout is owned by Nōvuu Medspa and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nōvuu Medspa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, products, or website. You understand that aesthetic and wellness treatments carry risks and agree to hold Nōvuu Medspa harmless except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or non-compliance with policies.
11. Guidelines for Reviews
We may provide areas on our website or other platforms where you can leave reviews or ratings about Nōvuu Medspa and our services. When posting a review, you agree to comply with the following criteria:
1. Reviews must not contain offensive profanity, abusive, racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive language.
2. Reviews must not include discriminatory references based on religion, race, gender, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected status.
3. Reviews must not reference or promote illegal activity.

By posting a review, you grant Nōvuu Medspa a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free, fully paid, assignable, and sublicensable license to reproduce, modify, translate,
distribute, display, perform, and otherwise use your review content in any media or format.
12. Promotions, Discounts, & Gift Cards
● Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
● Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of payment.
● Expired promotions and gift cards will not be honored unless required by law.
13. Social Media & Photo/Video Consent
From time to time, Nōvuu Medspa may request to take photographs or videos of clients for educational, documentation, or promotional purposes, including use on social media platforms, our website, or printed marketing materials.
● Consent: You will be asked to sign a separate consent form before any photo or video content is created or shared. We will never post images of you or your treatments without your explicit written permission.
● Anonymity Option: If you prefer to remain anonymous or have your face or identifying features excluded, please notify your provider in advance.
● Tagging & Sharing: If you tag Nōvuu Medspa in a social media post, or share images from your treatments, you grant us the right to repost or share that content on our own platforms, with or without additional commentary.
● Opt-Out: You have the right to revoke media consent at any time, and we will make every effort to comply promptly with removal requests for digital content where feasible.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
