What are your business hours?
We’re open Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
We are open every THIRD Saturday by appointment only.
We are closed Tuesday and Sunday.
Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Our weight loss consultation is $100, which will be applied toward the cost of your treatment plan. During this session, we take the time to review your medical history, understand your personal goals, and determine the best approach to help you succeed. For all other services, we offer a comprehensive consultation for just $50. You can book an in-person or virtual consultation through our booking portal.

What’s your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $50.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, we have a parking lot conveniently located right in front of our building for all clients. Parking is free, and you’ll have easy access to our spa.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, we offer financing options and payment plans through Cherry Financing and CareCredit for eligible clients.
Do you offer training for injectables?
Yes, we offer full-day training with our nurse practitioner, Jess, for neurotoxin and dermal fillers. Our training programs are designed for professionals looking to enhance their skills and knowledge in aesthetic injectables. For more details or to enroll, please contact us.

Are you open on weekends?
Yes, we’re open on select Saturdays by appointment only. Availability is limited, so we recommend calling our office and booking in advance.
